We are currently looking for enthusiastic and effective Civil Structural Engineers to join our highly skilled engineering team. The role reports directly to the Project Manager.

Support our vision:

The Design Engineer, in collaboration with the Project Manager, will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative engineering solutions for our projects. The primary objective is to ensure the successful design and analysis of structures, maintain compliance with industry standards, and contribute to the company’s reputation for excellence in the engineering field.

Main responsibilities:

•  3D Modeling:

Participate in preliminary modelling and pre-design tasks for international projects.

Develop detailed 3D models for Structural Steel Projects using TEKLA STRUCTURES at maximum grade of LOD500.

• Steel Joints Design:

Design and analyze steel joints using various software tools, including FEM analysis.

• Programming:

C-Sharp programming and API for various functional tools.

• Supporting work:

Maintain accurate records, write detailed reports and assist the Project Manager.

Qualifications & skills:

Degree in Structural Engineering.
Experience in using TEKLA STRUCTURES software or other BIM software.
Proven experience in structural steel joints design.
Proficiency in spoken and written English (C2).
Experience in coding using C# will be considered as an additional qualification.
Demonstrated spirit mentality and a strong ability to learn new skills.

• Initial Design and Analysis:
  Participate in the preliminary design and analysis of structural projects for international clients.
• 3D Modeling:
  Assist in developing 3D models for complex structural systems using BIM tools, achieving high levels of detail (e.g., LOD500).
• Steel and Concrete Design:
  Contribute to the analysis and design of structural steel and reinforced concrete elements.
• Software Development (Optional):
  Develop functional tools and APIs using C# to streamline engineering workflows.
• Reporting and Documentation:
  Maintain accurate records, write detailed engineering reports, and assist the Project Manager in ensuring project deliverables are met.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, with a specialization in Structural Engineering.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools (training provided).
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Preferred:

• Familiarity with BIM tools such as TEKLA STRUCTURES or other FEM software.
• Experience in structural steel and reinforced concrete design.
• Programming skills in C# for tool and API development.
